		<description>The one true constant of social hierarchy is that it is always in flux. Old jocks are replaced by the young, cheerleaders get pregnant and can&#039;t be on top of the pyramid anymore. This is true in tech too. The tech gurus of yesterday are obsolete with new languages, or shadows of their former driven selves. Founders become advisers to younger version of themselves, who don&#039;t need month long vacations or a chef on staff. Even entire sectors loose relevance as the are replaced by newer technologies (see the traditional print news paper). Sectors have a good run, cement themselves and are then disrupted.</description>
